Student In Haiti

Thank you so much! Now that we have a handwashing system at school, I can wash my hands after I use the toilet, before I eat, and everytime my hands are dirty.

On behalf of the school, I am happy for this project of liquid soap making…we are now going to save much of the money that we have been spending on buying detergent since we have learnt how to make our own.

Kalaki Health Center Iv

This training is one of the most strategic in terms of choice, timing, and interventions rendered…given the current COVID-19 crisis in the world. It has come at the time we critically needed it and I’m so grateful and honored…to have participated in the entire process to the end. Health facilities have the highest consumption rate of soap…since we deal with patients, and therefore hygiene has to be kept at top notch all the time.

This training was more interesting than I expected it to be! And it was rightly selected especially for us women who are very keen about hygiene at home. It has come as a huge relief that I didn’t even know about! And now that I have been trained on how to make the soap, I can confidently put the bar soap hardships behind me.
