Help teach 25 children how to make soap or reusable pads

Water is a big issue here! We struggled with not having enough water to cook, clean, drink, or wash clothes. Many times we went to sleep thirsty. It made me worried because we need water for everything. The day we had water, it saved us. It is very useful, very, very, very useful, to have a cistern.
